1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ramixa website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Ramixa Digital Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14872301), 12 Clerkenwell Road, London EC1M 5PQ ("Ramixa", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Ramixa. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been removed from the Service for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from receiving services from us under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is operated by a person under 18, or where we cannot verify age.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information.
• Update your information promptly if it changes.
• Not share your password or account access with any other person.
• Notify us immediately at hello@ramixa.website if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts, including to circumvent a suspension or ban, is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ramixa only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and in a manner that respects other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Identity and honesty

• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Uploading photos that are not of you, or that are more than five years old and no longer representative of your current appearance.
• Creating fake or fictitious profiles.

Harmful and illegal content

• Posting, sharing, or transmitting content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages or spam of any kind.
• Sharing, soliciting, or transmitting sexual content involving minors in any form.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating any illegal activity.

Platform integrity

• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Service by automated means.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or access source code of the platform.
• Interfering with the security or proper functioning of the Service.
• Using the Service for commercial solicitation, including escorting, sex work advertising, or pyramid schemes.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you submit to Ramixa, such as photos and profile text. By posting content, you grant Ramixa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for any content you post. You confirm that you have the right to post it, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

We do not proactively review all user content, but we may remove content that is reported to us or that we otherwise identify as violating these Terms or applicable law.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Ramixa offers a free tier and optional paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

• Free cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a paid subscription period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you accept the updated price.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free tier. Access to premium features will be restored once payment is successfully processed.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Ramixa Service — including the name, logo, design, software, and content produced by us — are owned by or licensed to Ramixa Digital Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representation about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform, including content posted by other users.

Ramixa is a platform for meeting and communicating with other people. We do not conduct background checks on users, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information a user provides. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other members, including when meeting in person.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramixa and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including damages arising from interactions with other users.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ramixa Digital Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the account settings page or by contacting us at hello@ramixa.website.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice. We may also discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in local courts.

If you have a complaint about the Service, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@ramixa.website. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ramixa regarding your use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
